Can't think of a better time than now to post my newest painting, "Charleston Side Street" One of the many thing I love about living in Charlotte NC for the past 30 years is the proximity to Charleston SC. I never tire of walking the streets of Charleston with my camera in hand. I love visioning what it would be like to live behind one of these doors tucked away amongst the lush gardens on a historic side street. The southern charm of these homes fills my soul. It has been so heartwarming this past month to watch Charleston rise to the occasion. They have beautifully shown the world how to honor & savor the good of the past and move forward with loving strength, leaving what doesn't serve their highest good behind. Makes me proud to be a Carolinian.
